Occurrence Report Kohat.

Accidental death of PAF Trainees 04 August, 2018 at about 1530 hrs, an accident took place b/w Daewoo bus Reg. No 1361 Peshawar and oil tanker Reg. No LZ-170 near Sumari area of Tehsil Lachi District Kohat. Consequently, 18 personnel died including 02 PAF trainees and 30 injured including 03 PAF trainees. Following PAF Trainees are died:- AC Usama Pak/ 336997 of Peshawar.s/o Awo Bakhat Raz 484330 Gc sec Wg Psh qtr 59/3 Shaheen camp AC Noman Pak/337002 of District Mardan. Following PAF Trainees of District Mardan are injured; – AC Maqsood PAK/337008. AC Ab.Hamza PAK/337039.AC Abid jameel PAK/337007. #CUT
