In a unique gesture Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has fulfilled the desire of becoming soldiers of two sisters suffering from cancer here on Wednesday.
According to DG ISPR, “Two sisters suffering from the deadly disease of cancer had a desire to become a soldier and pleaded to the COAS for becoming a soldier which has been fulfilled.”
“Corps Commander on the direction of COAS met with the sisters and provided them the uniforms and taken them to the base where they laid a floral wreath on ‘Yadgar-e-Shuhda’ and recited Fateha,” added ISPR.
