A man was detained for running his car over a child in Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Johar Block 7 Tuesday afternoon, the police said.
The child died on the spot. Her body has been moved to the hospital.
According to the police, the victim was living in a shanty in the neighbourhood and had come out to the streets to get water.
